Undertaking successful and sustainable grassroots cultural projects in non-urban areas requires sound awareness of the local context and the cooperation opportunities that it offers, as well as knowledge of where and how to seek funding.

On December 17th 2024, in the context of the yearly webinar of our working group on non-urban culture, three rural culture experts shared their experience and advice on how to best approach these challenges.

Our working group on non-urban culture was established in 2016 with a view to creating and sharing knowledge and igniting new connections around impactful cultural practices beyond the urban.
