Join our upcoming project fair in Novi Sad, Serbia, featuring expert panels, study visits and plenty of opportunities to connect and network.

This year's edition of Incubator, our flagship capacity-building programme on EU project writing, will include a Project Fair open to the public and hosted by our member Kulturanova in Novi Sad, Serbia.

During two days, you'll get the chance to network with other socio-cultural professionals from across Europe and gain precious insights from experts on European project writing and cooperation in the field of culture. On top of that, you'll enjoy study visits around Novi Sad and discover its vibrant cultural scene.

The event is free of charge and open to all, but registration is compulsory and places limited. To register, fill in this form.

NB: the project fair is the only part of the Incubator+ programme that is open to the public. The rest of the programme is reserved for the 24 participants who were selected for the training.

DAY 1 - 11/10

16:45 - 18:00 Introduction on European Cooperation followed by a Q/A session:

Back to Earth – from a culture of separation to a culture of relation, by Goran Tomka (UNESCO, Fakultet za sport i psihologiju, RS)
Scaling an idea – from the local to the European scope, by Ivo Peeters (ENCC, Belgium)

18:00 - 20:00 Walk through the city, study visit to Prostor and hike to the Fortress

DAY 2 - 12/10

15:00 - 16:30 Panel: European cooperation projects in practice: key topics and areas of interest, by Lucy Perineau (ENCC, Belgium), Vittorio Bianco (Rete delle Case del Quartiere, Italy), Daniel Azzopardi (Spazju Kreattiv, Malta)

16:30 - 18:00 EU project-writing "etiquette": do's and don't's, by Incubator+ trainers Marija Popović (Institution Student Cultural Centre, Serbia), Giles Agis (Brouhaha International, UK), Nicolas Combes (Saline Royale d'Arc-et-Senans, France)

Practical information

The event is free of charge and open to all, but registration is compulsory and places limited.

Travel and subsistence expenses will have to be covered by participants, except for the dinners on October 11th and 12th.
