Incubator Retreat 2020

General

This 2-day intensive meeting session is offered to 6 selected project bearers to help them design and fine-tune their project before applying for funds.

Participants will be supported by the team of experts and the ENCC coordination office during and after the 2-day training, up to the moment of submission their application.

This seminar was originally planned to be held in Vienna in May. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, it has been moved completely online. The special reality we are facing at the moment resulted in proposing a different format that can work online, with a main focus on peer-to-peer learning. The goal is to build up a spirit of cooperation and fast-forward the development of 6 projects through vivid exchanges between project leaders and experts.

This online event will be followed-up on by 3 individual sessions with project experts during the period following the seminar and up to project submission.

Speakers & Study Visits

Experts

Anta Tsaira is an projects consultant from Greece, with 13 years of experience in developing, managing and evaluating EU-funded projects. Her field of professional interests include youth, social inclusion, civic education and extroversion of European Union products and services. Over the years, she has worked with local authorities, NGOs and other institutions. In the past years, Anta has managed large-scale campaigns for the promotion of European products and companies in various Third Countries, including the USA, Canada, United Arab Emirates and China. Anta holds a BA in International and European Studies and a MA in Human Rights and Democratization.

Maïa Sert works as project manager for On the Move network. She is a specialist of international cultural cooperation and in particular EU-funded projects, thanks to her hands-on experience in Creative Europe, INTERREG and Erasmus+ programmes.

Ivo Peeters has 30 years of experience working on the local and international levels, and is one of the founders of the ENCC. He has been involved in conceiving and facilitating many European cooperation projects, with a special focus on arts and disabilities. Today he is the chairman of the ENCC board.
