Centrul Cultural și Educațional „Alexandru Marghiloman” (CCAM)

CCAM represents the main cultural advocate of the city of Buzău. Our primary mission is to fulfill the cultural needs of our citizens and bring them together in the pursuit of knowledge, discovery and friendship. Activities include: a) festivals, dedicated to a wide range of public, from small children to adult population, like BIAF, BZM Fest, AnTanTe (street festival dedicated to children and families), or Buzău Harvest Festival (promoting traditional crafts, cuisine and music); b) annual fairs, like centuries old traditional Drăgaica Fair; c) concerts; d) sport and tech competitions; e) theater plays; f) cultural and scientific conferences on a wide range of topics of interest; g) workshops for children (The School in the Park); h) senior citizens programs (Evenings together); i) art expos, and much more. This work is done in the spirit of social inclusion and promotion of wider European values, in order to build better communities.
