Il-Kunsill Malti għall-Arti
Arts Council Malta is the national agency entrusted with the strategic development, public investment and international advancement of Malta’s cultural and creative sectors. Established by Act 15 of 2015, ACM supports cultural policy, advises Government, empowers practitioners and organisations, fosters international partnerships and broadens public access to culture. Through funding, research, advocacy, capacity-building and cross-sector collaboration, ACM works to professionalise the sector, promote innovation, mobility and market development, strengthen cultural participation, champions the rights of artists and creative practitioners, and position Malta as an active and distinctive contributor within Europe’s cultural landscape. ACM also serves as a strategic platform for cooperation, knowledge exchange, international cultural relations, and sustainable sector growth, while reinforcing excellence and resilience across the arts and creative ecology.
