The LABA is a centre of expertise based in the New-Aquitaine Region in France, which supports project leaders of the cultural and creative industries sector. The LABA helps associations, private and public organisations and territories in culture and creative industries, sports and tourism to develop their projects through European funds and International cooperation. The organisations that can call upon LABA for its expertise are various : local authorities, institutions, educational institutions, cultural organisations, artists, etc.
