THE UKRAINIAN CULTURAL FOUNDATION — promoting the development of culture and arts in Ukraine!
The Ukrainian Cultural Foundation (UCF) is a state-owned non-profit institution coordinated by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. UCF was established to promote the development of culture and arts in Ukraine, to provide favorable conditions for the development of intellectual and spiritual potential of the individual and society, to give a wide access for citizens to national cultural heritage, and to support cultural diversity and integration of Ukrainian culture into the world cultural space. Therefore, UCF distributes grants for cultural projects and initiatives in eight sectors of culture: visual arts, performing arts, cultural heritage, design and fashion, audial arts, audio-visual arts, literature and publishing, Cultural and Creative Industries and cultural tourism. Non-Ukrainian artists, institutions, cultural organizations and NGOs may apply as partner together with a Ukrainian applicant. Since 2017, more than 5,000 applications were submitted to UCF and more than 1,000 projects were supported.
