Applications for our flagship BECC staff exchange, training and mentoring programme are now open. This year's edition will take 15 selected participants to Pristina, Kosovo, in March 2019, for a 3-day kickoff seminar in preparation of staff exchanges of a week or more in another cultural organisation in Europe .
BUILD YOUR LOCAL NETWORK (AND KEEP IT ALIVE) is the topic of the year. We'll be looking at how you can collaborate with other organisations from your own town, city or territory, for increased impact on your community. Training on this topic will be combined with professional development and soft skills coaching.
The 2019 programme is designed by the ENCC in collaboration with trainers Dagna Gmitrowicz (artist, trainer and coach, PO-DE) and Raluca Iacob (cultural policy & management expert, RO).
BECC is the ENCC's fully-funded capacity-building programme for cultural workers under 35. Find out more about how the programme works.
