Anticipate 3 full days (including travel) for the consultancy retreat, which is on 18-20 May in Vienna, Austria.
What kinds of projects are not right for Incubator?
- Projects not linked to social and cultural concerns
- Projects only between 2 partners and not open to others

Incubator provides expertise on projects related to the following programmes: Creative Europe, Erasmus plus, Erasmus for Entrepreneurship, Interreg, Europe for Citizens.
Can I apply if my organisation has no previous experience with European fundings?

Do you accept applications from the UK?
Yes. Candidates from the UK are welcome to apply.

No. By submitting your application you confirm you have read the call and accepted all conditions to take part in the programme, which also includes in-person participation in the consultancy retreat in May 2020 in Vienna.
Do you plan to organise study visits to cultural organisations in Vienna before or after the training?
No, we do not plan to organise any type of visits or excursions. However, we can give recommendations about organisations worth visiting in relation to your project.
Should I apply for Incubator if I don't have time to work on my project between now and May 2020?
No. Selected applicants will only have about 2 months to flesh out their project and identify their partners, so they need to have time to spend on that before the intensive workshop in May.
What languages will be used in the Incubator programme?
English is the working language. However, this year's trainers also speak Dutch, French and Spanish.
What kind of follow-up can I expect from Incubator? Will you read and edit my application?
After deciding which funding strand you want to apply to, you will have a final 1-hour virtual meeting with your expert. It is between you and the expert to agree on how you will prepare this meeting and which aspects will be discussed. Please note that the experts will not work on writing or editing your application.
