The LABA is a skill pool of the New-Aquitaine region aimed at project leaders of the cultural and creative industries sector.

The LABA supports its members as well as other operators of the New Aquitaine region in their efforts to develop European and international cooperation projects.

The organisations that can call upon LABA for its expertise are various : local authorities, institutions, educational institutions, cultural organisations, artists, etc.
