BECC (Bridge between European Cultural Centres is the ENCC's flagship capacity-building programme, running since 2008. Here is a video sneak peek at the 2020 training seminar, which happened online for the first time ever.
BECC offers staff exchanges, training and mentoring for young professionals working in cultural organisations. It gives participants international work experience and a European perspective, and helps them acquire new competences and skills that are crucial for their organisations in their work with their audiences and broader communities.
Since its creation in 2008, BECC has supported the mobility and professional development of over 160 young cultural operators.
This year 12 professionals joined the fully-funded training and staff exchange on the topic Working with Hyperdiverse Audiences. Here is a video that looks back on the event.
