What exactly is social innovation? What does it look like in cultural centres, in museums, in local government? In 2017, the ENCC Seminar on Social Innovation gathered speakers and participants from Spain to Russia, to discuss and exchange practices.

The meeting was held in Segovia, Spain, on 6-7 April 2017. It was coordinated by Elvira Adeva from the Cultural Department of the City of Segovia and Ioana Crugel from the European Network of Cultural Centres, and hosted by La Carcel_Segovia Centre de Creacion.
