A manifesto from socio-cultural centres

A gaze into what the future of our communities could look like, written by and for the workers of the socio-cultural sector.

Socio-cultural centres are not a luxury, they are essential civic infrastructure that keeps communities connected in times of crisis.

Based on the last brainstorm of the Visions for the Future cycle, this manifesto, drafted collectively by the FULCRUM project partners and the wider FULCRUM community, explains why stable funding, trust-based governance, and long-term support are crucial for the work that cultural centres carry out every day.
