CultureComp Multiplier
CultureComp Multiplier is our new international training of trainers programme, for ENCC members only, aimed to explore innovative and creative approaches to the promotion of cultural participation, inclusion, and collaboration in our increasingly diverse societies. The content of the training is based on the CultureComp framework, mapping the core competencies needed when navigating complex cultural environments, with performing arts as a medium.
Between October 2026 and February 2027, 16 cultural workers from across the ENCC network will engage in an intensive, hybrid learning journey combining theory, practice, peer exchange, and hands-on training design. The programme will include:
Three online introductory sessions with peers and experts;
Self-paced online learning modules: up to 18 hours of original content, presented in digestible activities, tasks, and reflections;
From Sunday, November 8th to Friday, November 13th, 2026: a five-day-long on-site training hosted by our member Saline Royale d'Arc-et-Senans, a UNESCO heritage site;
Two online follow-up meetings linked to some hands-on activities to be implemented in the sending organisations.
Do you wish to strengthen your intercultural and transcultural competences and develop the skills needed to train your colleagues, partners, and community members? Do you have the capacity and organisational support to organise follow-up learning activities after the programme? Then this programme is for you! Applications will open soon.
