2 Microgrant schemes for sustainability and inclusion
Where? April-Nov 2022 and Nov-July 2024
What? Small grants for cultural centres launching projects on sustainability (2022) and inclusion (2023-2024). Applicants are selected by popular vote + a jury of experts

Capacity Building
3 Lights On staff exchange/trainings
Where/When? Training seminars in Irun, Spain (July 2022 + exchanges in the following months); Leuven, Belgium (June 2023 + exchanges in the following months); Tampere, Finland (June 2024 + exchanges in the following months)
What? This is the new version of our former BECC scheme combining cultural management and soft skills training as well as bilateral exchanges with another cultural centre in Europe.
For whom? Young cultural operators under 35. Participants are selected from a call for applications. Open to all cultural organisations, priority given to ENCC members

Where/When? Novi Sad, Serbia (Feb 2023)
What? Pitch your project idea, connect to other projects, get inspiration, learn about European fundings, find partners
For whom? Cultural centres and other cultural or social organisations seeking to develop a European project
1 Incubator 2.0
Where/When? Valetta, Malta (Feb 2024)
What? New version of our Incubator scheme to support innovation and EU cooperation
For whom? Cultural organisations who need counseling and partners to develop a European project. Open to all, priority given to ENCC members

When? Starting in autumn 2022
What? To discuss and share challenges, best practices and cooperation strategies on local level

When? Publication in June 2023
What? List of reasons and benefits for local policymakers and civil servants to cooperate with and support socially oriented cultural centres, translated in 15 languages

Working Group on Non-Urban Culture
When? At least 2 meetings per year, including one live meeting over the 3 years of the project
What? Think-tank platform gathering 40 members and supporting local organizations in know-how, research and inspiration
For whom? ENCC members and other cultural centres, cultural networks, other cultural and social operators, researchers, policymakers and experts working on culture outside of large cities
Working Group on Ethical Digitalisation
When? At least 2 meetings per year, including one live meeting over the 3 years of the project
What? To test new approaches towards sustainable data storage, artificial intelligence, web democracy and digital inclusiveness
For whom? ENCC members and cultural centres, cultural networks, other cultural and social operators, researchers, policymakers and experts working on ethical approaches to digitalisation
Working Group on Inclusion and Accessibility in Culture.
When? This working group will be created in the near future.
What? This group will build on the ENCC's longtime collaboration with Disability Service Providers and Inclusive Arts organisations. Its activities will be defined by its members as it is created (state of the art, needs and goals of the group, connection with advocacy...).
