On the cultural participation of youth and marginalised groups

What structural barriers keep youth and marginalised groups from meaningfully engaging with the socio-cultural life of their communities? And what can and should be done at the policy level to address them?

Over the last months, our advocacy and policy officer Julia Kasten has been researching and consulting with socio-cultural operators within and outside of our network to answer these questions. The findings were condensed into two documents:

  • An implementation guide for civil society actors
