Asociación Imágenes y Palabras

Imágenes y Palabras (Images & Words) is an independent cultural association that organizes cultural and artistic activities in rural areas of Burgos since 1999. The activities it has organized over the past years are brought together in their invitation to create, both in terms of ideas as well as in artworks. In this way, the activities have become a true stimulus for artists and a call for an active participation from the public. The activities range from contemporary art exhibitions, poetry workshops, festivals of creation, film viewings, workshops for children, seminars, theatre plays, book readings: all that in one  way or another relate to Culture and Society. El Hacedor opened its doors to the public in 2009. Our lodgment allows us to invite artists to come and work, which is one of the main objectives to construct the workshop at La Aldea del Portillo de Busto.
