The Contemporary Art Center (CAC) is one of the oldest independent cultural institutions in North Macedonia, operating continuously for over 30 years. Serving as an incubator, logistical hub, and resource centre, it has supported numerous independent cultural institutions, artists, and initiatives. CAC – Skopje facilitates artistic and cultural production, aiming to establish a sustainable cultural scene, enhance cultural life across the country, and support diverse local initiatives. It also strives to create conditions for a more decentralised social and cultural landscape.
