Georgia Manolopoulou

Georgia Manolopoulou is a PhD Candidate in Cultural Diplomacy in Department of Political Studies and International Studies in UoP. She is actively engaged in Cultural Heritageand Management through her work experience in the Ministry of Culture and via a Master Course (MA) followed at the University of Athens / Faculty of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Graduate Program "Museum Studies" with the collaboration of Department of History and Archeology, Department of Geology and Conservation of Cultural Heritage.

During the last ten years she has been working at the Ministry of Culture as a Curator of Public Engagement at the Archaeological Museum of Patras, Ministry of Culture, responsible for communication and educational activities, exhibitions and cultural tales on archaeological sites of Western Greece Region.

She has participated in conferences, workshops, seminars on Cultural Heritage Management,Cultural Diplomacy and she is an author of articles in Greek and English.

She speaks English and Italian fluently and has basic knowledge in Spanish.
