JU Kulturni centar Nikola Đurković Kotor

With its four different venues (a theatre, a gallery, a cinema, and a library), the municipal cultural centre Nikola Đurković is a reference in Kotor’s cultural and social life, offering activities of public interest such as theatre performances, literary evenings, art exhibitions, movie screenings, traditional cultural events, and more.

The cultural centre organises its events in partnership with local institutions and organisations as well as with international organisations. Its most notorious initiatives include the Boka Night, the Traditional Kotor Winter Carnival, the Festival of Light, and the Kotor Children's Theater Festival.

One of the organisation’s main goals is also to foster the creativity and cultural participation of amateur artists and members of marginalised groups.
