The Cultural Centre Valve is an institution of City of Oulu. Oulu Culture Centre for Children and Youth operate in Valve and urban neighbourhood culture and culture for well-being services are produced at the Valve. Cultural Centre Valve support the cultural activities in Oulu and participate in the cultural production for the entire Oulu region - taking into account the different target groups.
