NVO Kompas

NGO "Kompas" is an organization with extensive experience in children’s education, supporting the integration of foreigners into the local community, and organizing community events in Bar, where our headquarters is located, as well as across Montenegro. The themes of connecting different cultures in our region are central to our most successful projects. In addition to cultural projects, part of the team focuses on ecological issues, successfully bringing together over fifteen organizations, both local and international. We actively participate in numerous professional gatherings and roundtables as organizers, collaborators, and guests. We continue to operate in the spirit of development and support for the social community. Our mission focuses on fostering connections based on shared values.
