The Ochota Cultural Centre is a non-governmental cultural institution subordinated to the central municipal authorities of Warsaw. In 2018, the centre celebrated its 50th anniversary. During this time, it became known as one of the most active and creative cultural centres in Poland and is now considered a leading cultural institution in Warsaw. Its offer includes a diversified educational and cultural programme addressed to all age groups. In addition, three affiliated clubs carry on a variety of cultural projects: ANGOBA (ceramics), Art's Workshop (fine arts) and the so-called MAL (The Place of Local Activity, focused on developing ideas coming from the local community).
