NATURE OF ACTIVITY – multidisciplinary cultural centre of Palanga city municipality.

VISION – Palanga Cultural Centre is an open space for cultural education that encourages self-expression and participation in culture among all age groups within the community. The Centre is distinguished by its multi-layered activities that promote a reflective cultural process.

MISSION – to engage the widest possible segment of the community in the cultural life of the City of Palanga; to encourage artistic self-expression and ethnocultural activities among residents; to ensure the continuity of national and calendar celebrations as well as traditional festivals. To develop educational activities for children and adults, and to strengthen and expand the dissemination of professional art for the city’s community and visitors.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. The goal of the Palanga Cultural Centre is to contribute strengthening the city’s cultural identity, to foster community’s active participation in cultural processes, and to increase the accessibility of culture and the arts for residents and visitors alike.
