"After the Prompt" Summer Camp: AI Literacy for Young Creators

Association "ART MOST"
Serbia

After the Prompt is a pilot AI literacy summer camp for teenagers interested in art, media and creative industries. Through workshops, discussion and collaborative making, participants will explore how AI affects authorship, bias, consent, copyright, misinformation and creative labour. Relevance: young people already use AI, but rarely receive culture-based guidance on how to use it critically, ethically and creatively, and summer is one of best moments for additional training. The format then will be packed by "ART MOST" into box tool that can be used by other educators in Serbia and beyond.
ART MOST will organise a 10-day non-residential summer camp in Novi Sad for 10–12 teenagers aged 12–15 interested in visual arts, design, writing, photography, video, music and digital culture. The camp combines creative workshops, guided reflection and a public presentation through exhibition in September. Modules include: what AI is and how it works; AI in creative practice; prompting with transparency; bias, stereotypes and representation; misinformation, deepfakes and trust; consent, copyright and authorship; and the future of creative work. Participants will work in small groups with local artists and educators to produce visual, text or mixed-media responses. The camp ends with a public exhibition and discussion for peers, parents and local educators, which is planned for September. After the pilot, ART MOST will package the tested method into a practical toolkit with session plans, worksheets, facilitation tips, low-tech adaptations, ethical guidelines, evaluation tools and a Serbian/English summary for wider use. The Guide will be distributed freely under Creative Commons license. For reference you can check our camp 2025: https://artmost.org/summer-nevermost
