BeoTura began as a school project and has grown into a community-driven initiative exploring Belgrade’s rich heritage. Through multi-perspective approaches, our app and guided tours provide a critical, engaging, and accessible interpretation of the city’s history, fostering thoughtful understanding and cultural awareness.
BeoTura fosters civic participation and cultural engagement by encouraging students, local residents, and visitors to explore Belgrade’s heritage critically. Through guided tours, stories, and collaborative research activities, the initiative promotes thoughtful reflection, inclusive dialogue, and awareness of diverse perspectives, serving as a socio-cultural space for participation and cultural resilience in contemporary society.
