This project empowers Serbian citizens to engage responsibly in digital spaces and democratic processes through education, awareness campaigns, and participatory initiatives. By promoting media literacy, ethical online behavior, and inclusive dialogue, it fosters informed civic participation, strengthens democratic culture, and encourages citizens to actively contribute to the public debate and societal decision-making.
This project aims to strengthen responsible digital engagement and democratic participation in Serbia by combining practical education, civic awareness, and participatory initiatives. Through the platform of Blog Argument and local workshops, citizens are offered accessible resources on digital ethics, online behavior, and information verification. The initiative facilitates co-creation of civic content, encourages dialogue across diverse social groups, and provides tools for ethical decision-making in digital environments. By connecting online literacy with real-world democratic processes, the project fosters critical thinking, social responsibility, and inclusion. Activities include interactive workshops, community discussions, digital campaigns, and collaborative policy feedback mechanisms. The project targets youth, educators, and civil society actors, aiming to build a more informed and resilient civic ecosystem. By embedding the principles of digital citizenship, ethics, and democracy, it strengthens public trust, promotes transparent dialogue, and empowers citizens to actively shape societal decisions, bridging the gap between online participation and democratic governance.
