In a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment, the ability to imagine new solutions in unstable contexts is a fundamental skill that enables adaptation and thus ensures long-term resilience and sustainability. Developing creativity is now a strategic priority for any organization, our project responds to a democratic urgency: to reinvent forms of civic participation through creativity. By placing collaborative innovation at the heart of governance, we propose a living laboratory where collective imagination becomes a tool for empowerment and democratic resilience.
