The Never Again poster project responds to rising populism, xenophobia, antisemitism, and cultural polarisation in Europe. Czech and German artists create 10 illustrated posters, that foster empathy, challenge stereotypes, and highlight threats to democratic values. By engaging communities, youth, and under-represented groups, the project promotes dialogue, critical thinking, and media literacy, making art accessible, shareable, and a tool for solidarity, freedom, and respect for diversity.
We invite artists to create a series of ten illustrated posters addressing contemporary manifestations of hatred, nationalism, xenophobia, violence, and threats to democratic values in Europe. The series promotes an open, free, and democratic society where everyone can live with dignity, without fear, discrimination, or oppression, and visually communicates a stance against populism, disinformation, and radicalization.
