Project invites a diverse group from the local community Ochota (Warsaw district) to come together, meet, talk, and co-create through inclusive art workshops that celebrate creativity and shared expression. Alongside the artistic activities, an experienced communication expert will lead interactive communication workshops, helping participants practice empathy, active listening, and constructive dialogue. The initiative creates a safe, welcoming space for conversations across political differences, grounded in universal human values such as dignity, respect, understanding, and cooperation.
This project invites a diverse group of local residents to come together in a series of 8 meetings: 5 creative art workshops and 3 communication workshops. Participants will co-create visual, performative, and multimedia artworks, using artistic expression as a tool for dialogue, reflection, and shared storytelling. We intentionally bring together people of different ages (youth, adults, and seniors), educational backgrounds (from vocational to academic), ethnic and cultural origins, and varying levels of social and cultural capital. The group will include individuals with different professional experiences, income levels, and degrees of civic engagement. We also welcome participants with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and people who are neurodivergent, including those on the autism spectrum or with ADHD, ensuring accessibility and inclusive facilitation methods. In the 3 communication workshops, an experienced communication and feedback expert will guide participants in practicing empathy, active listening, and constructive feedback. Together, we will create a safe space through art and dialogue, the project strengthens mutual understanding different points of views.
